This Is Not Just a Course. It Is a Calling With a Plan.
Across the nation, public education is shifting. Funding models are changing. Staffing structures are tightening. At the same time, families are being given more freedom than ever before to choose private, micro, and home-based educational options for their children.
The training was created for families and educators who recognize this moment—not as a crisis—but as an opportunity to reclaim their professional autonomy through business ownership, protect their calling, and build something enduring for Black families and communities.
This training prepares Black professionals to transition from broken systems to independent educational providers, equipped to design, launch, and sustain a Covenant-aligned microschool or learning community.
The Three Parts of the Training

Part I: Foundations & Philosophy
You will explore the beliefs, values, and historical context that inform The Covenant Plan. This includes understanding how faith, psychology, culture, and community partnership shape Covenant educational practices—and how these principles differ from traditional, compliance-driven schooling models.
Part II: Practice, Design & Implementation
You will learn how to translate philosophy into practice through curriculum planning, character development (HOPE Method), family-school alignment, behavioral frameworks, and day-to-day microschool operations.
Part III: Sustainability, Leadership & Longevity
You will develop a comprehensive Covenant Microschool Plan that addresses governance, finances, enrollment, staffing, compliance, and long-term viability—protecting both your livelihood and your well-being.
What You Will Walk Away With

By the end of the training, participants will have:
- A completed Covenant Microschool Plan built from guided assignments
- A clear understanding of the responsibilities and expectations of running a microschool
- Tools to communicate effectively with families using shared language and values
- A professional foundation for pursuing independent educational work with integrity
- A Course Completion Certificate verifying successful completion of the training
Important: Course completion does not guarantee acceptance into The Covenant Microschool Brand. Brand affiliation requires a separate application and approval process.
Who This Training Is For
The Covenant Microschool Edupreneur Training was created specifically for African American professionals and families who feel called to take responsibility for the education, development, and future of Black children.

This training is designed for:
- African American educators (current, former, licensed, or experienced)
- African American parents and guardians who feel called to lead or co-lead learning communities for their children and others
- African American professionals from related fields (child development, psychology, ministry, social services, business, community leadership, or youth work) who sense a call into education
- African American caregivers, homeschool leaders, and community builders seeking a structured, ethical, and sustainable model for educating children
This is not exclusion for its own sake.
It is alignment for healing, clarity, and effectiveness.
A Final Note on Readiness

This training is not casual exploration.
It is for individuals who understand that educating children is a sacred trust, and that building a microschool or learning community requires preparation, discipline, and long-term commitment.
If you feel called—but also understand the weight of that call—this training was created for you.
A Clear Path Forward

Those who successfully complete the training will be invited to submit their finalized Covenant Microschool Plan through a separate application process if they wish to pursue Covenant brand alignment.
Others may choose to use the training to launch independent educational work outside the Covenant network.
Both paths are honored.
Alignment is intentional. Approval is earned.
Enrollment Is Open
This training is self-paced with structured assignments, rubrics, and guided reflection—designed for working educators balancing real life responsibilities.
If you feel called to build something meaningful, sustainable, and aligned with your values, this is your next step.
